Outside you will enjoy spacious park like grounds with a fire pit in the yard, a private dock, gas grill, patio chairs and dining tables, and absolutely stunning views! Woahink Lake: Woahink lake is popular for a variety of activities, including fishing. Species include largemouth bass, rainbow and coastal cutthroat trout, yellow perch, and others. A state park on the east side of the highway near Woahink Lake has boat ramps, a roped-off swimming area, group tent camps, picnic areas, and a meeting hall. Lake Woahink Seaplane Base is located at the lake. Base headquarters are in Florence. Covering about 7 square miles, Woahink Lake's drainage basin lies between a dune complex, part of Oregon Dunes National Recreation Area, on the west and foothills of the Oregon Coast Range on the east. U.S. Route 101 runs along the west side of the lake. Jessie M. Honeyman Memorial State Park borders the northwest corner of the lake, and the unincorporated community of North Beach lies between Woahink and Siltcoos lakes. The house is spacious with large decks overlooking beautiful lake. Kitchen had everything we needed. All TVs had cable and the streaming services so we were able to watch all the football games. Jan 2, 2024 #### End of the year getaway Extended family gathering to send off 2023\. We always rent a large home on the beach and wanted to do something different this year. Seven Pines was wonderful had plenty of room for 14 people age two to 80\. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had almost everything you might need and the kids enjoyed the downstairs great room. There were plenty of rooms and beds for everyone. Tons of bathrooms as well. The kitchen has tons of dishes and stuff so we had no need for anything that wasn't there. The view is amazing. Lots of natural light in the home and plenty of room to socialize and get away for a private moment. The grounds are well maintained as is the home. It was everything we had hoped it would be. The view is stunning. The home is beautiful and spacious. This kitchen was the most well stocked of any rental we've booked. It is secluded and quiet. The water is shallow by the boat dock to allow for easy swimming. The fire pit and benches are perfect for an evening fire. No complaints about this home at all. Did not disappoint! If you have kids the large room downstairs with dual bunk beds is great. We cook quite a bit, and were pleasantly surprised by the kitchen, which came well stocked with everything you need to prepare a proper family meal. This home is beautifully appointed with luxury furnishings and decor. The floor plan is perfect for family gatherings with two bedrooms, two full bathrooms in addition to a half bathroom on the main floor. Two bedrooms downstairs with two full bathrooms and a huge bonus room with bunk beds. The deck is fully furnished with lounge chairs, fire pit, and dining. The lawn is spacious weigh huge fire pit. The dock is a beautiful meander down an easy trail. The kitchen had everything you could ever need, including high end appliances, dishes, serving ware, and plates. Our family group consisted of 12 adults of varying ages (several in their 80's) and the room combinations were able to fit our needs. The house was VERY well stocked, clean and the beds were comfortable. The house came with one single and two double kayaks, two paddle boards, corn hole, and bocce plus 3 camping style chairs. We were surprised by the two full bathrooms out of the four mentioned were in the master suite, but we were able to use one of the bunk bed mattresses in the massive walk-in closet to create another private sleeping space and divert some usage from the other bathrooms a bit. The fire pit was great fun and we enjoyed the yard for many family games. For those with guests with accessibility issues, only the master suite has a private bathroom (2 actually) on the main floor and the path to the dock is fairly steep with many steps. Pros: The furniture was impressive! As usual, Urban Lumber made some great pieces. The games kept us all entertained. Poker table, retro arcade games, board games, ect. Dock on the lake was nice. Beautiful view and private/secluded area. Plenty of bathrooms and space for everyone. Cons: We were told right before our stay, only parking for 4 cars. I think a dozen could fit there. I had planned to bring my boat, put in across the lake and park only my boat trailer at the house which would have been easy. We didn't get much sun at all in late November. Frost on the ground all day which is weird for the coast. I think the summer months would be very nice. Some of the house could use some updating (cabinetry, countertops, appliances), but everything worked fine. Overall, we had a great time. Thanks! ##### Mica M. Oct 11, 2024 #### Amazing Getaway This house is an absolute dream place for a beautiful, peaceful getaway. My husband and I were traveling to the area for the first time with our dog and I would have to say that after years of renting vacation properties across the country, Seven Pines has to be the best! Where to start??? The huge deck with fire table for breathtaking view of the lake and for watching spectacular sunsets, the fully stocked kitchen (seriously, everything you might need and nice quality items, enough for a very large crowd!), the master suite with two separate bathrooms and a walk-in closet, the boat dock with multiple kayaks, the 3 acres of beautiful landscape all fenced, the big firepit complete with firewood - perfect for a sunset glass of wine, the immaculately clean house, the beautiful and comfortable furniture throughout with stunning decorator touches everywhere. We were there for 5 nights and were so sad to have to leave; hope to be able to return for longer. There is so much to do and see in the Florence area and up and down the Oregon coast - great hikes, beaches, and cute little towns, but you actually don't have to leave the house to fully enjoy an amazing vacation!! ##### Kathy E.
