I tried contacting them the day we were supposed to check in because I hadn’t received check in instructions. At 6:20 that evening, they sent me forms to fill out in order to get the check in instructions. Unfortunately, three hours prior to that, I had to rent a last minute hotel room because we had no where to put our luggage and were wasting a half day in Florence. It cost 3 times as much as the Vrbo.
