This nice 40 m2 loft is on the 6th and last floor of a Historic Renaissance palace with Elevator. It has a brand new kitchen fully equipped, it can accommodate 4 people (2 in the bedroom on the mezzanine and 2 in the living room on the sofa bed), bathroom with shower, Air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. The elevator goes straight to the 6th floor, then there are 3 steps on the stairs to reach the entrance door. Inside you will find the living room in front of you and the brand new bathroom (with a very spacious shower) to the right. Further ahead to the right there is the dining area and the fully equipped kitchen. The bedroom is on the mezzanine. It is 5 minutes walking stance from the Ponte Vecchio and The Uffizi gallery and from 10 to 20 minutes walking distance from all the others main monuments and museums. Nice, open floor plan. Be forewarned you will need to climb stairs to reach the bed in an upper loft. The apartment has two air units - a true blessing for hot days. Communication was excellent and a nice “how to” booklet explaining how to use the air units, heating system, and restaurant recommendations was made available. The only concern we had had nothing to do with the actual apartment- just the building’s elevator. While it was nice to have access to, it was a bit concerning due to the elevator’s floor sagging and creaking. ##### Dawn L. A motion-sensor light there would be very useful. There’s a light switch for the hallway when getting off the elevator at night, but no light in the hall getting to the elevator at night. Also, I think the washing machine needs a good cleaning, as it’s getting and smelling a little moody; visitors should be told to leave the door open a little after a load to let it dry. Finally, I wish I’d gotten a little more info about separating recyclable garbage (maybe people are happier not separating, but I would have liked to) ##### Chiara S. Of course, everywhere is walkable, but this neighborhood has just the right amount of quiet and hubbub. Square of Santo Spirito is a great place to hang out and watch people. The apartment is furnished nicely, with an especially comfortable bed in the loft area. Close to all the historic sites but nicely situated in the Oltrarno neighborhood. Very clean with a newly renovated bathroom and convenient elevator it is the perfect location to enjoy your Florentine holiday. Séjour de 3 nuits en avril 2019 ### 10/10 – Excellent #### Maureen S., Skipton 22 avr. 2019 #### Amazing stay Arrival was quick and easy, we got the train from Rome, public transport is very good, a nice young man was waiting for us on arrival, showed us around the apartment, he explained everything in full, everything was great, very well equipped apartment in a fabulous area, dishwasher and washing machine came in very handy, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen was there, lots of shops, bars and restaurants on the doorstep, plenty of towels and toiletries, the new bathroom is wonderful, nice big shower, plenty of hot water, very comfortable bed and nice linen, we couldn’t have wished for more, I would highly recommend this apartment. ##### Maureen S. We stayed in four different apartments during our stay, and this one was by far our favorite. The apartment was in a central location near some of the best restaurants in the city. The person who checked us in was on time, thorough, and very friendly. The apartment had everything we needed and more. We could not have been more pleased. ##### Kate S.
