It has a great view of bad water from the deck. If you’re handicapped or have a disability you will struggle getting up those stairs from the river. It’s extremely steep. The owner and property manager were kind and easy to work with and gave great instructions. The only downfall to this place is the neighbors!!! Beware, the woman to the right of the property is rude and a complete joke. She wanted us to keep the noise level down at 4:45pm (Not AM). Only does she know that there is no (Noise Ordinance for that area). Completely clueless. It was not too far from what we had planned to do in the area. It was relaxing to sit on the deck and look out over the river. To get to the lake you need to go down very steep stairs. The lake is beautiful and the fishing is good. Plenty of beds and a nice big table to accommodate 8 of us. Our kids enjoyed the fire pit, games downstairs, and fishing for little fish off the dock. We brought a trailer with utvs and a pontoon, so the parking space was tight, but luckily we are comfortable backing up a trailer and were able to make it work.
