Located on the ground floor of a typical Florentine building in Via Toscanella, the property has been recently completely renovated with great attention and attention to detail. The house has a very large living area, consisting of the living room, the dining area and the kitchen. In the sleeping area we find a master bedroom. Two bathrooms complete the property. The apartment is characterized by a really beautiful and particular architecture with exposed bricks, large arches and splendid ceilings with wooden beams. The design of this house is truly unique and we are sure that you will be able to appreciate the mix between the most typical and the most modern elements resulting from the recent renovation.
