"Hotel was new and clean. Staff is very friendly. However, they do not do daily service on the rooms. You have to request a refresh or get fresh towels/trash bags from the front desk. "

"Almost everything is perfect except that they don’t have a sheer curtain, so if you want to open the sun-blocking curtain, it is almost see-thru. But overall it’s excellent!"

"I had booked on Expedia, then realized I had requested the wrong Wednesday. I tried to call the hotel and ask them to switch the date. It was not a cancellation but a mistake. They told me since it was thru a third party, Expedia, I needed to contact them. Expedia was unable to help me because the window of time had expired. I called corporate Best Western and they were very kind and helped me to switch the date. Therefore, Best Western corporate gets 5 stars. The property is clean, quiet and nice. It had a huge bathroom (dont think I got the handicap room) and overall I plan to stay there sevewral times over the next few months due to a work situation."
