This hotel is in an excellent location in Florence. It’s five mins walk to the duomo and most all other tourist attractions. The area around the hotel is full of amazing restaurants and bars. The hotel itself is brilliant. Rooms spotless and nicely furnished. We were on fourth floor snd had a double room. Bed was comfortable and everything was clean. Breakfast was limited but again very nice. Room the breakfast is in is stunning with a beautiful arch. Would highly recommend and is totally worth what you pay for it. Also recommend the bar across the street as well!

My partner and I felt extremely uncomfortable during our stay. The receptionist, Boubicar, was clearly homophobic and treated us with disrespect. When I reported this to the manager, she was dismissive and didn’t seem to care. I would not recommend this hotel, especially to LGBTQ guests.

Regarding the comfort of the room, I did not classify it as excellent only because there was no air conditioning available. The reception informed me that they do not have it at this time of year, but the room gets very hot even on cold days when we close the windows to sleep.

I enjoyed my stay at the Palazzo Benci very much. The staff were excellent and efficient without being obtrusive. Always willing to help. The room was perfect for my purposes and was clean and very comfortable. Most of the staff spoke English and so communication was not a problem. I would like to thank them all for making my stay so enjoyable.

Decent 3 star hotel in the heart on Firenze

Excellent location. Excellent staff. A decent 3 star hotel. In breakfast there could be some more options in hot products such as bacon, scrambled eggs or fried eggs.

All common areas were immaculate and welcoming. The triple room I booked had three single beds squeezed into it with little floor space-should have been a single, or double at the most! Bathroom was barely big enough for one person. The flushing mechanism on the toilet was broken so that it ran full flush continuously. The front desk said they were unable to do anything about it because it was a weekend. They did manage to make it less bad, but still a problem. When I asked for compensation of some kind, I was told no.

Ein schönes kleines Hotel mitten in Florenz. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und ruhig, das Personal immer freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, alles da, was ein schönes Frühstück im Urlaub ausmacht. Ein Spiegel im Zimmer wäre noch toll gewesen Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ótimo hotel. Localização perfeita, no coração da cidade, próximo dos pontos turísticos e da estação de trem. Mesmo em lugar movimento, o quarto tem um excelente isolamento acústico pq não se escutava nada. Ótimo quarto, reformado. Cama confortável e chuveiro maravilhoso. Tem elevador. Funcionários super simpáticos. Recomendo muito o hotel
