We really loved our stay at Hotel Lungarno. We were treated to an upgrade with a bridge-view room, and the room was perfectly prepared for my toddler as well, with dedicated slippers and a bath set. Everyone was super attentive and friendly. Breakfast was great with a wide selection and excellent coffee. We'd stay again if we come back to Florence!

Excellent hotel, probably one of the best we’ve stayed in. All staff from front desk check-in, concierge, breakfast and cleaning staff are polite, attentive, and caring. Service is impeccable. The hotel itself and the artwork is lovely. Really enjoyed our stay, grazia mille to the lovely staff!

This place was incredible. I’ve stayed at a ton of nice hotels, this one might be my favorite. The staff was incredibly hospitable and would tidy the room whenever we left—it was such a nice touch. 5 stars.

When I asked about a gym they said that for 30 euros per day I can go to a gym close by. Not sure how a hotel can be five star rated if it does not have a gym. Concierge is knowledgeable and helpful. Very conveniently located to walk around.

Vecchio meets modern
Beautiful 5*hotel on the banks of the river Arno with second to none views of Ponte Vecchio. Delightfully designed interiors with lovely use of the original tower. Staff were helpful in a lovely low key, personalized way. Welcome was warm. Room top class with 4 poster luxury bed. Delightful stay.
