What a wonderfully peaceful and quaint property! The agriturismo is surrounded by picturesque Tuscan countryside and fields of grape vines and olive trees, removed from the bustle of Florence but still close to major sights, although you do need a car. We easily took day trips to Vinci, Pisa, and the west coast near Livorno and enjoyed the sights along the way. The staff were very friendly and the on-site restaurant had the most delicious food, in fact the best we had during our time in Italy! My advice for travelers is to spring for the extra 10 euro/night for air conditioning if you travel in hot weather. The air cools down at night, but the mosquitos and midges are vicious so closing windows is a must. Prices were good, too, for both the stay and the restaurant. The breakfast is great for 7 euro, and dinners for three people including wine and desert were less than 75 euro each night.
