The bright and comfortable apartment Il Magnifico is located on the sixth and last floor (lift to the 5th floor, then 20 steps) of an elegant building in Via Lorenzo il Magnico, a stone’s throw from Fortezza da Basso and the historic centre of Florence. It has two large, panoramic and furnished terraces, air conditioning and heating and with one double bedroom, a cozy sofa bed, kitchenette and living, can accommodate up to 4 people.  
Thanks to its strategic position, close to the Polo Espositivo di Fortezza da Basso exhibition centre and a stone's throw from the tram stop that connects it to Santa Maria Novella station in less than 5 minutes, it is ideal for visiting the historic centre of Florence on foot, for business trips or for attending fairs and events.  
Comfortable, recently renovated and tastefully furnished, with its vaulted ceilings and the soft, relaxing colours of the walls and furnishings, it is ideal for couples looking for a romantic nest, families or friends, equipped with all the comforts that will make you feel at home, but far from the stress of everyday life.  
The exclusivity of this apartment lies in the 2 terraces that can be accessed from the living room and the bedroom and that look out over the rooftops of the city and the lake of the nearby Parco della Fortezza, offering an almost 360° view of the hills and allowing a glimpse of the Duomo dome and the bell tower of Palazzo Vecchio: equipped with tables, deckchairs and parasol, they will be invaluable in the summer evenings to relax and cool down after a long and hectic day of visits or events.  
The apartment is accessed by lift (to the 5th floor) and stairs (20 steps).  
From a private landing you enter the living area and your eyes are drawn outside to the magnificent view of the cathedral.  
Tastefully furnished with a wicker armchair, sofa, coffee table and television, it is a single room with a modern kitchenette equipped with everything you need to prepare breakfast, lunch and dinner whenever you wish (microwave, kettle, oven, dishwasher, etc.), table and chairs.  
The living room leads to the romantic bedroom with terrace, furnished with a large double bed, wardrobe and stylish corner cupboard.  
Beyond the kitchen is the living room, with blue wallpaper, a comfortable sofa that can be converted into a very comfortable double bed, a desk, a wardrobe and a large window that lets in warm sunlight, giving the room a winter garden atmosphere.  
A bathroom with shower and window and a utility room with washing machine complete the apartment.  
Wifi and air conditioning are available throughout the apartment.  
The apartment is easy to reach by car as it is outside the ZTL, and there is public parking and bike sharing available for our guests. In addition, the tram stop to the centre of Florence is only 100 metres from the apartment.

Our apartment is located in Via Lorenzo il Magnifico, an important road leading from Piazzale della Fortezza da Basso just outside the historic centre and the restricted traffic zone, between the Fiera district and the Santa Maria Novella district, 15 minutes walk from the oldest part of the city.  
Ideal for couples, families or business people, it has everything you need for your stay.  
Just a stone's throw away you will find: bank, pharmacy, bars, pastry shops, ice-cream parlours, pizzerias, typical and ethnic restaurants, supermarkets, hairdressers, laundry, bus stop.  
Our apartment is in a strategic position to reach all corners of the city on foot in a short time.
