This gorgeous lakefront home near Florence has all the comforts of home, a dog-friendly attitude, a private hot tub, easy access to the area's attractions, and even a private dock on the lake. What a wonderful opportunity to take a relaxing trip to the coast! Located four miles south of Florence, right on the lovely Woahink Lake, this charming A-frame home is nestled in a serene space with a picturesque trail leading up to it - a perfect setting to enjoy the peace and quiet of the area. With beach access available a few miles up the road at South Jetty, Honeyman Park and its picnic areas just across the road, and the sand dunes also a short drive away, you will have plenty of amazing activities here! Plus, the friendly town of Florence is a quick five-minute drive away, so you can easily head into the city for a nice restaurant meal, a game of golf, some souvenir shopping, or a fun evening at the casino. With two bedrooms (plus a loft) and two bathrooms, this home can easily accommodate six guests, and you're also welcome to bring your dogs with you, though please note that a small nightly fee applies. The main level of this home, the middle floor, features enormous windows that allow views of the lake, as well as a cozy sitting room and a full kitchen and dining area. Around the home you will have entertainment options including a TV with a selection of VHS movies to watch, board games, and even a game room downstairs with a foosball table. If you head upstairs to the loft above the living room, you will find a sleeping area with a queen-size bed. The main level features two bedrooms, each with its own lovely queen-size bed where guests will sleep soundly. This home offers two full bathrooms, both with a shower (no tub) and a laundry area, which will come in handy after a few days of playing in the lake and out on the sand dunes. Walk outside to the large deck to find a wonderful space with seating where you can relax and enjoy the views and the fresh air. Take a soak in the hot tub to enjoy the early morning sky. This home has its own dock on the lake (a public boat launch is available just up the road), so you can bring along your own kayaks or boats, or simply jump into the refreshing waters of Woahink Lake and swim around. Because this area offers so many fantastic outdoor activities, including fishing, boating, hiking, riding ATVs on the dunes, walking on the beach, and much more, this is a great place to visit and take advantage of all the opportunities. Gorgeous view from the loft room. Loved having the hot tub although it could have been a bit warmer. The 3-story spiral staircase was unexpected, kinda cool, but scary at the same time. The spiral staircase was sketchy at best.Kitchen was clean and exceptionally stocked with all the cooking necessities. The deck and view were great! The stairs are extremely steep, the toilets are at a odd angle. The TV in the game room did not come on (i think the outlet did not have electricity). The TV in the living room the picture would be jumpy. We did not stay there to watch TV so it wasnt a huge problem and to be faor I didn't call anyone and ask how to fix it. Loved the dock on the lake and the location was perfect. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and would recommend this placw to friends. ##### daniel m. Big ants all over the house even had one crawling on me while I was in the bed. Floors weren’t properly cleaned, stains and stuff still left over from whoever stayed last. The tv in the living room is broken the screen was fuzzy. One of the beds was so broke in it indented in the middle. Wi-Fi kept shutting off. I did contact people for help that was a breeze but the only thing they could recommend was to turn on the router like we hadn’t already done that a million times. When getting towels from under the sink it was disgusting under there. There was also a used mouth guard on the floor like from football so obviously the cleaning people somehow missed that. Love the proximity to town and restaurants.The home is very unique with a spiral staircase, and the three levels. The bed from the loft has the best view ever straight out to the lake when you wake up in the morning. Thank you for sharing your home with us. ##### Susan M. The views from the deck and living room are magical, lush and the air divine - a very old-forest feel. We had a wonderful stay! The furnishings are very comfortable, and the kitchen has everything you need. It is on the small side with spiral staircases going up to the loft and down to the den(?). The stairs are quite narrow which can make it difficult for some. The path to the lake/dock is a little steep in places and needs just a little trimming and a few more placed wooden slats for good traction up and down the slope. This home is minutes from the city of Florence with all the great stuff a small city on the water has to offer! We would definitely stay here again! ##### Nancy H. The lake view was beautiful. When we went to explore inside we saw that there was some cleanliness issues like a dirty towel, a popsicle stick on the goose all table, and aluminum cans outside on the patio. Since you have to take the circular stairs to go up or down, touching the handrail was very sticky and gross. Lighting was a problem while we were there since the bulbs were burnt out. The bedrooms looked beautiful. We each chose one and decided to watch a movie. We grabbed a blanket out of one of the rooms since we were a little chilled. The blanket smelled sour and musty.
