Room looked like hadn’t been vacuumed in some time. Stains all over the carpet. The furniture ( pho leather ) had bare spots and tears. The room had a unpleasant oder. The elevator was broke and we were on the 3rd floor. There was construction debris in the parking lot. The closet doors wouldn’t open guessing off the tracks. Was just a nasty hotel! Radison would be disappointed for sure!

Elevator was broke down, the employee working was not friendly, had to take stairs and it was very dirty, a dog was barking in the morning, our air and heat didn’t work , there was a brown stain on our comforter and the carpet was very dirty.

The Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Florence, SC was a decent option for a one-night stay after a long drive. The room was clean, spacious, and the bed was comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. However, the bathroom needed some maintenance (chipped paint, slow draining), the elevator was out of service, and the breakfast options, while sufficient for me, were limited for vegetarians/vegans (my partner could only have tea). Overall, I'd rate it a C - good for a basic rest stop off the highway, but with some room for improvement.

The staff was nice, the front desk worker was new and stressed out because she was alone on a Saturday night. A manager definitely should’ve been watching her I fault so bad. The bathroom in my room was absolutely disgusting. The shower had MOLD BLACK MOLD in it, the toilet had literal poo stains in it and toilet paper chunks on the floor. The bathroom floor was sooo gross. The bed also had stains on it and I tried to ignore it because I was tired but I couldn’t, I got a no smoke hotel and it in fact smelt like smoke allll night. I know this isn’t the hotels fault but all night it was insanely loud and intoxicated people weee continually having conversations outside my door every night I was there. I would look for better accommodations especially for the price you can find WAY better.

Great hotel, but the elevator was down, and they made no exceptions for changing rooms from the second to the first floor, so hoofing up flights of stairs with heavy luggage was no fun.

My room did not have a shower curtain or pillows. It was extremely noisy at night but it was a very packed hotel, so I assume that was normal. The staff was nice and apologized several times when I mentioned the items missing in the room.

The property will serve the purpose of a quick stay on my longer trip, my only comments being our room while overall seems clean it is apparent that the rug has not recently been vacuumed, add to this that two of the luggage carts were difficult to operate, third one was a charm. I typically use Hilton properties but was unable to reserve with 24 hour cancellation which I needed due to some uncertainties with my departure dates. This hotel is not in the most convenient area but easy to get to and fit the need.

Dans notre première chambre, la salle de bain n’avait pas été lavée ni les draps supplémentaires. Plus une odeur de cigarette. Dans la 2e chambre, il restait cheveux et poils dans la salle de bain, frigo bruyant. Au déjeuner, certains membres du personnel était attablé et parlaient très fort… ne correspond pas à la note qui lui est donné sur le site et pour un country inn .

Front counter customer service was great. Headed to the room and the floor smelt like old carpet and cigarettes. Inside the room was on another level, from dirty sheets, to bad lighting to ladybugs in the carpet. My GF and I couldn’t stay 30mins. We had to find another place to stay. It was more of a motel, than a hotel experience.

Poor breakfast experience.
The breakfast was horrible. Worst Country Inn and Suites I've ever stayed in. No milk for cereal. No pastries or yogurt. Also, the breakfast attendant sat and talked to a man. Couldn't tell the if he was someone staying there or an acquaintance. Very unprofessional.
