The house is charming and elegant. The 2 bedrooms are very cozy and a great deal of attention to details was paid. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one living room with DVD Player, decoder for the international channels and a LCD TV, one independent fully equipped kitchen, one bathroom. In the living room there is a double sofa bed. In the entrance of the apartment there is a furnished cupboard where our guests can find all necessary items for tasting Italian wine. In the cupboard you can find also many maps and itineraries of Florence and other useful information to visit Florence. The apartment has two balconies on a quiet garden area. The house is located in the historic city centre of Florence, in the historic region of 'San Frediano'. From the house you can reach by foot all the important place of the city centre of Florence (Boboli garden 400 mts, Pitti Palace 500 mts, Ponte Vecchio 900 mts away from our property). If you don't want to go walking to the town, the bus stop is at only 50 mts from the house, the bus will carry you in the Florence's medieval town in 3'. The most elegant shopping streets in Florence, with stores selling antiques, jewelry, leather, linen, groceries, pastries, are all within easy walking distance. There is also a very big supermarket 300 mts away from the property. The apartment is about 15-20 min walk from the historic centre in a cool neighbourhood that feels very authentic and normal (not touristy) which we enjoyed. Playpark nearby and shops. Loved the apt, very spacious, there are a couple flights of stairs, and only downside was it was a little away from things, but a quick 10-15 min walk and youre in the middle of everything. Big grocery store close by which was handy. The owner was very responsive and helpful. The apt itself was perfect. Spacious, a/cs that worked great, this vrbo had everything, esp in the kitchen! You stay on the more local side of the river. There were so many places to eat and drink. The place is exactly as pictured. Unfortunately I didn't pay much attention to the description when booking. I was looking for a two bedroom two bathroom and this place only had one bathroom. The VRBO listing shows it as two bathroom. Other then that we were very happy with our stay. ##### Dawn B.
