Wasn’t as close to all the walking areas. But it was less expensive so if you pay more you stay closer to the city center.

I was just pleasantly surprised with the hotel, because I had looked at many, many hotels, looking for a nice, cheap one. Many were at minimum double the price as you guys; nice, but double the price. Seeing your guys’ hotel, it still looked nice despite the price drop. And, I liked the simple, modern look. This was my second time in Italy, and I really enjoyed the hotel; I liked coming home to it after the end of every day, felt like home. It was about a 15 min walk from all the sights, restaurants, etc that I was going to, but it was okay. Staff was always very nice and helpful, I appreciated that; I even got to use one of your adapters free of charge for my entire stay, because mine didn’t work, and all I had to do was return it. Was moved to a new room because of noise from kids, fast and easy. Had a very enjoyable experience. Thank you! Next time, maybe I’ll even get a nicer room, if available, and possible for me!

Not for everyone
Service was good but the single room is poorly designed. The shower is extremely small even for an average sized person. Not very generous with the accomations either. Was only given 2 towels (1 small and 1 big), 1 pillow, and no issue box. Buffet was just average.

Good area to walk around as it is flat almost everywhere you go. Plenty to see and good eating out as well. Hotel staffed 24 hours and staff are ready to answer any questions in a variety of languages as well.

Staff were incredibly accommodating after I arrived and realized my dates were mixed up. They got me into the same kind of room I originally booked, and worked with me on a refund for my initial trip. The room was very simple but perfect for a place to rest and clean up between outings. Smart TV meant I could connect and watch my preferred videos/streams, and the lobby had necessities as well as small bites for purchase. Overall a great safe stay I was glad I booked for my time in Florence.

The hotel is in the town centre, which is a walking distance to swveral places of attraction. The front desk personal didnt look receptive, she just had a straight face but did her job well. She even assisted us with an adopter and cable to charge our phones, but no smile. I guesa she was tired. The guy that took over at night was amazing, and the other guy the next day was so great. He even helped us book a taxi and was pleasant about it. The room was cleaned and smelled fresh, I'll definitely stay there again and recommend it to anyone. Will also try other B&B hotels

worse first night
We stayed in this hotel from the 21st to 24th of Jun 2023 and the first night was a nightmare, the Air Condition (A/C) did not work at the room and the room was like an oven and it kept dripping water all night and making very announcing noise. I complained to the front desk, and they keep insist its working and they will send somebody to check it out, and nobody did. which ruined our plans the next day as we were exhausted

Hotel is located in the nice area but is badly managed. There was no soap in the shower, walls had no sound proof effects therefore we were able to enjoy audio of erotic shows from the rooms around us. No free water, old towels, etc. very bad management

Nice location
The place is very close to the city center and easily accessible by car or public transport. The room was spacious, the bed was comfy, but all the facilities are a bit run down

The hotel description of the room I would stay in was nothing like the website said. When I asked about changing my room, they were not accommodating whatsoever and told me to contact hotels.com. Location was awful-Spent more time walking to get to where I needed than enjoying.

One of the worst 3 star hotels I have ever stayed at. It’s more of a 2 star hotel at most. It was dirty, with mouldy bathroom, so noisy and the window did not shut properly we could hear the noise in the street from the early morning. There was furniture moving noise EVERYDAY at 8 am that woke us up and to top it up on the last night, a bunch of teenage school boys and girls stayed in the room right next to our and were screaming, laughing, and running in the hallway till 2 am! I had to call the reception staff to keep them quiet and at 7 am they started slamming the door none stop 50 times! It was the worst stay every. No sleep, no rest and the mattress was SO uncomfortable we woke up with back ache everyday. The room looks NOTHING like the pictures it’s outdated and small! And the wink in the bathroom was dripping water so our clothes would get drenched every time we washed our hands. Honestly the stay in the hotel ruined our trip to Florence. We were tired and grumpy from the noise all day and night and why they would allow teenage school children to stay in this hotel is beyond me (it is not a hostel!) in fact, I’ve stayed in hostels before that were nicer and cleaner. If you want your holiday ruined look no more :)

The property meets your basic needs. Pros: It is walking distance to everything, busing system & grocery store are in close proximity. Great Air conditioning and wifi. Cons: Staff we’re unpleasant, and always looked unhappy. When you needed someone from the desk they were always missing, even during front desk hours. Overall, a good stay if your just needing a bed, and a place to shower.
