### Art Apartment Montebello Family suite

Unique large apartment. In a 1950 building, on the fifth floor with 2 elevators. Property rebuilt after the Second World War. It consists of an entrance room, a double bright living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, sink, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher and everything needed for cooking) with a small terrace, 3 double bedrooms with king size bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds, three bathrooms with shower, a splendid terrace with lemons and oranges on the roofs of Florence. WIFI, air conditioning, heating and washing machine. 10 minutes from the station and 15 minutes from the Ponte Vecchio. Opera House 2 minutes away.  
Unique in Florence: The apartment has a parking space included in the price (In Florence they cost between 30 and 50 € per day) in the basement of the building with access to the apartment via 2 elevators.
