The main attractions of the city, such as the Cathedral of Santa Maria del Fiore (Duomo), the San Lorenzo Market, and the Basilica of Santa Maria Novella, are just a short walk away. The Santa Maria Novella Central Station is only 500 meters from the apartment. The apartment is situated on the second floor (no elevator) of a typical Florentine building. It consists of three spacious double bedrooms, with the option to arrange them as double or twin beds, two shared bathrooms with showers, and a large living area featuring a lounge, dining table, and fully equipped kitchen. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C. The flat felt really spacious thanks to the tall ceilings. The kitchen was clean and modern and even had a washing machine (no dryer, but that’s pretty typical in Europe).All three bedrooms were large and had big closets, which made it easy to unpack and settle in. The building itself is older but has a lot of charm, very typical for the area.I’d definitely recommend staying here.
