This stunning loft apartment is located on the third floor (no elevator) of an ancient building in Via dei Fossi, elegant and lively street between the Santa Maria Novella and the Arno River.   
  
The whole place has been carefully restored, combining prime choice fixtures, rustic wooden floors and exposed wooden beams in the ceilings, light color palettes for the furniture and all selected amenities. A bright, airy and soothing atmosphere will certainly steal your heart the moment you walk inside this lovely home.

A small entryway leads to the bright and modern open space living area, featuring a brand new kitchen, fully equipped with anything you may need to cook your own favorite Italian pasta while in Florence, a dining table, and a comfortable double sofa-bed. Next to it, the master bedroom and one bathroom with a shower A staircase (not suitable for kids) leads from the second bedroom area built in mezzanine: queen size bed under the exposed wooden beams, a small desk with chair and a very rustic, charming feeling permeating the ambient paint the picture for a marvelous and romantic bedroom. Another smaller bathroom is also present in this second level of the flat. This lovely and stylish apartment is the ideal choice for a couple or a family looking for a modern, comfortable and exceptionally well located place for their holiday in Florence. Choosing this luxury loft you'll get the chance to stay in the very heart of Florence, two steps away from all its beauties and historical landmarks.
