### Apartments Florence - Canova

Canova is a luxury 1-bedroom, 2-bathroom loft located on Via dei Fossi, on a second floor with an elevator in a beautiful historic building with great artistic significance. The position is ideal for visiting the city since it is just a 2-min walk to Piazza Santa Maria Novella and just a 5-min walk from the train station and all major monument.  
  
The apartment features two levels – on the main one you will find a spacious living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a storage room and a bathroom, while up the stairs on a loft there is the bedroom with another private bathroom. The entire space is bright and recently renovated, preserving a classical style of furnishings. It is elegant, but makes you feel at home with its warm wood tones. It is equipped with all the comforts of a real home, which makes it ideal for both short and medium/long term vacation rentals.  
  
You walk into an entryway, in front of which is the completely equipped kitchen, with a useful storage room on its left. To the right of the entrance is the living and dining room with a comfortable double sofa bed, a satellite TV and a dining table for 4\. Still on this floor is the first complete bathroom with a shower.  
  
Upstairs is the bedroom area, with a comfortable double bed (160 cm / 63 in) and a small half bathroom. There is a large closet with lots of storage space.  
  
There is air conditioning in the living room and the kitchen. There is a doorman available during the day. The apartment is not pet friendly or smoker friendly.  
  
The Canova loft is perfect for a couple or for a family who wants to stay in Florence for short-medium vacation periods, immersed in the rich history here, just a short walk from all of the major points of interest. Besides, for those arriving by car, there is a garage in the same building - please contact “quick Garage Centrale” directly.
