Apartment overlooking the Duomo

The apartment is spacious and cozy, it has a great view over the roofs and the Duomo in Florence. It has a large living room (with sofa bed) and a well-equipped kitchen, including a washing machine.
There are three bedrooms (two with double beds is one with 2 single beds) and two bathrooms, each with spacious.
The house has automatic heating, air conditioning and wireless Internet access 24H
Ideal for families and groups of friends up to 8 people.

Guests will have access to all areas and services of the house. Please pay attention to the information and the house rules.

Me and my brother Gabriele we are available to help customers in case of need. We live 40 minutes away from the apartment.

The apartment is on the third floor in a historic building and therefore no lift.

The apartment is located in the heart of Florence, with the ability to walk to all the tourist attractions of Florence. We recommend our guests to experience the delights of Florence present in the new Central Market, which is located just 2 minutes away.

If you arrive by train we advise to reach the apartment on foot as it is just a few minutes from the station.
If you prefer a taxi,
you can take it directly to the station at a cost of about 10 €.
If you are coming from the airport Amerigo Vespucci, there are several buses to the center, or a taxi.

Great location

The apartment was very comfortable. Plenty of space for a family of 5 to spread out. The area was safe and walkable. We were just minutes by foot from great food and the area around the Duomo. We were also close enough to the train station to make travel to and from Florence easy. The one downside for some is that the property is at the top of the building with no elevator. You have to climb up 3-4 floors.

Good clean comfortable space

Downstairs shower really does have only cold water mixing valve needs to be replaced. Location is a block away from great it felt like we needed to be in pairs when leaving the apartment at night, within a couple of blocks it was great. Otherwise it was a great spacious stay clean and comfortable.

Wonderful stay!

We stayed here in the dead of summer, with a heat wave. The apartment had wonderful AC which was huge. It’s beautiful and feels like you’re part of the city. Everything was clean and comfortable for us. Everything we did was walking distance with easy access to the train station.

Close to everything

Location was terrific. Plenty of space for family of 4. Glad to have 2 bathrooms. Kitchen was well stocked. Enjoyed sitting on the terrace with view of the duomo. Screens in some of the windows would have made it even better since we had beautiful weather.

Nice place to stay in Florence.

Not fancy, but nice. Has everything you need. Host very gracious. Easy to contact. Nice location within the city and made it easy to walk to different restaurants, etc. Only thing that could be improved is bed comfort. It’s an IKEA mattress but could use an egg crate or something to increase softness. Otherwise, great place.

Good, but Could Have Been Great!

I traveled with 3 girlfriends; all in good physical shape. We stayed in this apartment for 4 days. Our age range is 52 to 61. First the Pros: the host kindly allowed us to drop our bags early, helped us carry a few bags and brought us fresh towels when requested. First the Pros: The air conditioners and clothes washer worked great. We all had our own bed, there was plenty of space to spread out, the location was as great with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The Cons: the apt is 4 flights up, but we where aware, the bed mattresses are very very firm, the tube and shower could use a thorough scrubbing (we spayed it and cleaned it a bit), we kept the windows closed but somehow mosquitoes kept coming in and devouring us, and one of the bathrooms has very little legroom. One more thing be aware of the water pressure, don’t run the water or flush toilets if someone is showering. Regardless, we made the best of it and had a wonderful time.

Beautiful apartment in convenient location

The apartment is great. It is a third floor (ground floor then first, second ,third) walk up, so consider when booking if you have physical limitations. The location was super convenient to everything but also very serine. The back terrace looked out over yards and was quiet for such an urban setting. The overall concept is OPEN with the bathrooms and downstairs bedroom as the only rooms with doors. The place appeared modern and was clean. We would definitely stay there again.

This is a charming place but it has moldy bathrooms, broken and dirty blinds. It was okay like I did not need to leave but I would not stay there again. The location was good but almost 60 stairs to the apartment.

Great flat with amazing view

My family of 5 spent 2 nights and the apartment was exactly what we needed. 2 nice sized bathrooms with showers, amazing terrace with a view of the Duomo, plenty of air conditioning. The house is very well setup, and everything has been thought of. We really enjoyed the setting and the easy access to tons of great food and shopping was a huge plus. Our nights on that porch made some great memories as the temperature cooled and the city noise is almost undetectable from there, we were able to spend long nights talking and playing cards. The host was amazing. My daughter left behind her wallet and he immediately notified us and made plans to get it back to us right away. My only recommendation is to double-check for items!!

Fabulous Terrace

Great apartment on the top floor of the building. Property is as it is described. We loved walking everywhere and the view from the Terrace was beautiful. Michele was always conveniently available to carry our luggage. Ha!

Beautiful apartment in a so/so location

The apartment was beautiful and very well appointed. The only drawback is that while walkable to all of the attractions of Florence. The apartment is on a not very desirable street. So you had to walk a bit to find a coffee or restaurant.
