As you step into the apartment, you are greeted by an elegant sitting room overlooking the charming Via Mozza. Adorned in restful blues, the room invites relaxation with its comfortable seating arrangement. The chequerboard parquet flooring adds a touch of sophistication, while the three tall windows adorned with shutters fill the space with natural light. Above, a colourful frescoed ceiling captivates your gaze, creating a serene Florentine atmosphere.  
  
Continuing through the apartment, you will find a spacious kitchen and dining room bathed in sunlight and exuding warmth with its terracotta hues. The streamlined and well-equipped kitchen area catches the eye, and a decorative former fireplace adds a touch of character.
