Great Value Stay in the Heart of Florence

This is a great place to stay if you want to be right in the heart of Florence. It’s just a 5-minute walk from the train station and within easy walking distance to top restaurants and major tourist attractions. While it feels more like a hostel with private rooms than a traditional hotel, it’s still a solid choice for the price. The room we stayed in was newly renovated and felt clean, modern, and comfortable. There’s no elevator, but the friendly staff were very welcoming and even helped us carry our bags up to the second floor. Bonus: the room had air conditioning, which was a lifesaver during the warmer days. Overall, a convenient and comfortable option for budget-conscious travelers.

This more a hostal and not a hotel, room was clean (new) but really small…don’t expect anything eles… of you are looking for a clean room with a bathroon …. This is it!!!

First of all they had no idea we were booked in there , it was only after showing them my receipt from Expedia etc ) The room was nice but it appeared to be in a Boarding house . Residents made alot of noise Smoked right outside our door ( on the Balcony and it permeated into our room) I would definitely never stay here or recommend it

It is a guesthouse setup like a hostel in an old building. Location is convenient close to the main train station but hard to find because the only signage was a small line on a row of buttons that were not working. You need to call the number listed in order to get someone to open the door. For someone without access to local network it would be difficult to get in. We booked a private double room with Minimum amenities. Staff was helpful though.

The double room we have is clean and spacious. However, I am not giving a 5-star rating because of a privacy issue. Our room has a glass door, and a cloth curtain is provided for privacy. The fabric of the curtain is quite thin, and when the lights are on inside the room, one can easily see through it. This issue is exacerbated when it is dark outside. Therefore, privacy is quite compromised, making us feel uncomfortable and somewhat unsafe.
