Despite being just steps away from the Medici Chapels and only a three-minute walk from the train station and Santa Maria Novella Church, the apartment is extremely quiet, and the layout of the interior spaces is harmonious. Located on the third floor (no elevator), this apartment is the perfect starting point for exploring the city and is very convenient for those traveling by train. It is set in a neighborhood full of shops, supermarkets, and cultural landmarks. The apartment can accommodate up to 6 guests in three double bedrooms, with all beds that can be separated. Each bedroom has spacious wardrobes or a walk-in closet, and one of them also features a private bathroom with a shower. The dining area, adjacent to the kitchen corner and living room, offers two beautiful tables — perfect for family meals or gatherings with friends. The kitchen is fully equipped and recently renovated. Next to the living area, there is a second shared bathroom complete with a shower. Upon arrival, our guests will find a courtesy kit to meet their first needs (toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.). The apartment is located in a restricted traffic zone. Check-in is by appointment from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM. For arrivals after 8:00 PM, a supplement will be applied. Service limitation: Air conditioning in Italy is regulated by national laws that set a minimum temperature of 20°C and a maximum of 22°C. The temperature values ​​allowed in our apartment are 19°C (+ 2°C tolerance) up to a maximum of 21° C.
