Hotel is awesome as a place to stay near the airport for an early morning flight. Which is what we did. It was perfecto!!!

It seems that ever since Marriott bought Sheraton that the maintenance of the properties has declined. The bed sheets had holes in them as did the bath towels. There was no Kleenex dispenser, only a tiny packet. The hair conditioner in the shower was empty for three days. On the other hand the desk staff and restaurant and bar staffs were very nice and breakfast was great. Location wise, it's quite a ways from where you want to be in Venice if you are there for leisure.

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. We walked from train station following google maps. It took us thru a unsafe street one block over. But if one comes in on the Main Street in front of hotel area is much better. Huge bath tub and great water pressure. Bed was comfortable and you have control of your thermostat. Room was reasonably quite.

The hotel was very good , both our rooms were nice , staff were helpful & friendly. Concierge was good & booked two of our trips Tram was only 3 minutes away & easy to use .

Staff is terrific. Great breakfast. Great room. I’ve visited Florence at least a dozen times and this is my most favorite stay.

Nice Hotel
Great hotel just a bit from the center of Florence. Approximately 30 minute walk to the Duomo. Also located in a run down neighborhood.

The property is a 3 star: wifi is unpredictable, not stable. The 3 twin room is misrepresented on the website, it's actually 2 twins and 1 roll away bed (uncomfortable). The restaurants dinner is inferior.

Nice hotel. Hotel is a little further away but you get a modern hotel which is refreshing if you want decent mod-cons. Air con does not go below 20°c which is annoying send some door slam shut.

The AC Firenze is outstanding. Modern, clean, comfortable, and the staff is friendly and professional. My room was spitless. Great job by the Housekeeping Department staff!

Good if you are a Marriot person
Stay was good, there are few things need to keep in mind. No kettle if you are tea drinking person in the morning. Hotel location is slightly far from the station, it will cost you average 10 euros at least. There is no nearby restaurants, you may need to come to the city. Acoustics between the rooms are not that great, you may hear if people in the next room talk louder, inconvenient for the stay

The property is modern and well maintained; even if the hotel was probably full over Christmas, it never felt crowded. The staff was professional and very nice. They accomodated a couple of extra requests at no additional cost to us. Very nice experience.

We had a disappointing stay at this hotel. The hotel and room was lovely but unfortunately the attitude of the reception staff in response to the concerns we raised with cleaning staff unnecessarily moving around our belongings was disappointing. We generally felt that their attitude towards us was not helpful whereas we could see a noticeable difference in their attitude to other guests. This is no reflection on the other staff we came across (e.g. breakfast staff) who were lovely.

I had a wonderful experience at the AC Marriott Firenze. I arrived late due to car trouble and Marlon at the reception desk was very supportive and accommodating with my very late check in. I had additional car trouble after checking out and had to stay an extra night that was not reserved and again Marlon came to the rescue. He is an outstanding employee and made my experience even better. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the hotel was very clean and modern.
