"We enjoyed a long weekend at this property. Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. We fished from the dock (caught one small bass), played pool, which we especially enjoyed and relaxed with a game of cards, a book or a movie. There was just the two of us but the house has plenty of room for a family or group of friends or other couples. Thanks for a fun stay!"

"My family and I (5) stayed here comfortably. It was like home away from home. Spacious, open, clean and comfortable. The view of the water was beautiful from sunrise to sunset. The owner was incredible. The neighborhood was nice, and the neighbors were so sweet. Everything you need is there. Beds and furniture were very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms were very convenient. I just cant say enough. My niece (15) caught several catfish and we saw a few turtles .🐢 . We would highly recommend this...

"Classic old home with lots of character! Have never been in a VRBO that was so well stocked. You don't need to bring anything but your clothes. Comfy beds. Would love to see a taller toilet upstairs like the one on the main level. Need to get the yard in shape, looked pretty rough. Close to the St. Johns river, Friday nite food truck and live entertainment. Would stay again!"

We had a few minor issues The TV is not user friendly, the free apps that you have posted are no where on the TV There was a cookie sheet with old molded food on it in the oven Your concierge came home drunk as hell one night and could barely get her golf cart into the garage without my boys help! "Had an amazing stay and it couldn’t be a more beautiful home. Bunnies, hawks, owls, squirrels, turtles, and fish everywhere. The beautiful Cypress and lapping waves of Lake Sante Fe, I felt like Marjorie Kinan Rawlings watching a deer and dreaming of being on the water as I rocked on the swinging bed on the most beautiful porch watching candy colored sunsets or even enjoying a run in the rain, washed anew in fresh dreams enjoying the area. Refreshing to say the least."

"The property was as described. However, it did not mention the neighbors that made our stay feel welcomed. One neighbor offered his boat lift for us to use and another neighbor gave us a couple of pounds of fresh shrimp that he had caught. 5 Star experience"
