The cottage is marketed as tranquil and private but it is neither. The owner was building an addition to his home and doing remodeling the entire month I was there. You can see in the photo the new dormers he had built and all the work trucks in his driveway. He continued even after I requested several times to wait because the noise and traffic bothered me and my clients. There is a new construction home being built next door. The cottage is infested with spiders and ants. I spent time every day killing them. The property manager made some efforts to help but did not respect my requests for the owner to limit noise. She also took almost 12 hours to respond to me being locked out when she accidentally deleted my entry code.
