Nestled on 2 peaceful acres at the base of Lookout Mountain, this modern townhome offers the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor enjoyment, making it ideal for creating lasting memories with family and friends. This property was very functional, comfortable and stocked for a large party (4 - adults/4 children under 10). The main floor holds a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable living space and 1/2 bath while the upstairs includes the 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. If you are coming to the area for a reunion, sports events, wedding, etc. and need more space, consider booking Rock Vista Retreat Family. This listing includes both sides of the townhome with access to all the shared amenities and a total occupancy of 16\. The large level front yard is shaded and is an excellent place for a family hangout or a friendly game of wiffle ball or corn hole. Never have we stayed somewhere so stocked! We are use to having one or two rolls of toilet paper, a roll of cheap paper towels and a towel a person. Not here! We had everything from cleaning and paper supplies to wash clothes and extra blankets and pillows all right there. Fire pits had plenty of wood and overall cleanliness was fantastic.
