Less than 5 minutes from Lake Palestine. Seventy five a nt. As a premier host I have this Peaceful , quaint little hideout . 2 min. To The Bluestore for the best breakfast ever ! 2 minutes to DQ ,. 3 minutes (ish) to Taco Bell Sonic,Subway and brookshires grocery and more . 10 minutes to Tyler . While here please visit The Tyler Rose Garden. 30min.to Canton trades day ! 5 minutes to The Villages resort and marina . Efficiency style with counter with barstools . ( replaced the table and chairs for more counter space and storage ) Microwave or Toaster oven ( your choice ) , electric skillet , crock pot , small air fryer , hot plate and fridge , etc. ! Full size bed and futon can opens to full size also . Plenty of parking for your boat ! The place was super cute, had everything you could need. Very clean and organized. The location is perfect for having to visit the grocery store or eatery’s. I highly recommend staying here.
