Usually i have a decent stay at this place, unfortunately this time the shower leaked into the main room next to onenof the 2 beds on a carpet floor, the bathroom door refused to close, and the lamps were missing lighbulbs...

There was a large trash can on the counter and a hole in the ceiling. Duct tape around the ac unit and a chuck of wood missing by the deadbolt. We didn't even stay an hour and there was no refund or room change offered. I would never stay there

A clean, no frills room that was comfortable and quiet. One level, park in front of your room. For the price, and just needing to sleep, I would definitely stay here again.

The office smelled of HEAVY curry, the room was none smoking but cigarette burns on the floor and it smelled of cigarette smoke. The blanket on each of the bed had a hole in it. We wanted to hang up some clothes but NO place to hang them. The bathtub water drained VERY slowly to the point we could have taken a bath after the shower. A positive is the heat, small fridge and the TV worked.

The place was clean enough, but it's an old roadside motel. I was staying alone, so I went for the cheapest option. I would stay again , if I needed to.

Stay somewhere else!
I arrived to check in and was told that the person who had to check me in was not there. I was told in broken English to “go sit in car for half hour...” instead I went to eat and came back. Manager checked me in still very poor English. Room was dirty whole unit was not kept up. I’d rather sleep in a tent than go here again.

Well to be honest rooms were clean but outdated! There were a lot of people staying there that we had the impression they lived there and always coming and going!

Arrival first night 11.20 pm no answer door got another hotel. Returned for second night was greeted threw locked door saying no go away. After showing guy phone threw window had reservation did open door got a key

My bad, I will never go for the cheapest hotel ever, dirty bedding and smell of cigarettes from the next room over which I could hear everything that was going on with that couple , lesson learned lol

I booked thru Expedia without knowing anything about this hotel. When we arrived the clerk wanted an additional $10.00 after I had pre-paid for the room. The room smelled so bad like urine. We could not stay in it. People were drinking beer outside their room. Families were living there and the children's toys were laying in front of the hotel room doors.

Room was clean but reeked of stale smoke. Furniture broken and extension cords throughout the room. Heat worked, housekeeper was friendly, and the place was cheap. But we didn't go back even though we paid for a 2nd night.

This is a mom and pop hotel. No frills.. but ok
Owners upgraded so our kids would have more room.. that was nice. The room had a slight smokey smell. Perhaps they need to put in a air freshener system. The room was clean.. but a coat of fresh paint would brightened it up. Beds were comfy.

AVOID This Property in Imlay City, Michigan
The Hotel knew noting of my Conformation, when provided they challenged it. Many phone calls in some other language (very inconsiderate) Got Room but had to send several emails of conformation. Being our second stay we knew this was a 2 Star Motel at best. First Night was uneventful. However we were to discover that there was a plugged sink, torn sheets and blanket. No heat in bathroom (electric in Sleeping area but shower was on outside wall) Notified manager of drain and torn bedding. Stated it would be resolved. Over Christmas room was serviced only twice. The Drain was never fixed, but a bowl was placed under the vanity. Asked Manager to change rooms and he shrugged his shoulders and left. Stayed 6 nights (Pre-Paid) and loathed every moment. It was not a very Merry Christmas stay. BEWARE of this Property! it is poorly maintained and they do not know what customer service is. It seemed to be used for the "4-Hour Nap" instead of overnight accommodations. I rank this ZERO Stars and will not return. There are two other hotels in town that provide 2 and 3 star accommodations and the cost difference is worth it.

We stayed for a baseball tournament and this was the last hotel with vacancies. We had a towel duck taped over the window as a curtain. It was dirty and the people that run the building speak very little English.

I was surprised when I arrived at my room, to find building materials and an old bed leaning against the window. It was a no smoking room but the pillow case and blankets has burn marks in them. The Kleenex box in the bathroom was empty. Th WiFi would not work in my room, but it would work if I went outside - not ideal since it was raining. The room was plain but clean. I would not consider staying here again.

Worst Motel EVER!
The staff was hard to understand but pleasant. The room was neat, three beds were cool, but there were stains all over the carpet and the couch. Then I pulled back the covers on the bed to find the sheets were stained and had holes in them. I had to get a blanket to sleep on, then I left the next day, I couldn't do another night.

The rooms are kept very clean. Nothing to special about this place to tell. Have stayed here several times for business trips at this time of year. It is located near many places such as a mall, gas stations, and resturants. It is also not far from the highway, so easy on and easy off.

they were nice of us to check in early but the bathroom was gross. clean but all is very old. should have paid the extra 20.00 to stay at days inn or super 8. rating should be a 1 star definitely. i was embarrassed to say where i was staying.

The price was right in this ecomony, but you get what you pay for. Bath room tub and shower curtain was stained giving the appearance of being dirty. Heat was not adjustable. Plug in's for electrical appliances not handy. No table in room for eating if you chose to do so. On a positive note bed was comfortable and clean.

Convenient location and Inexpensive
This is a simple motel about a mile from the freeway, halfway between Flint and Port Huron. Clean, comfortable, and inexpensive. It is very near Lucky Steakhouse, a five star restaurant. I saved on the room and treated myself to a fabulous baby back rib / prime rib combo dinner.

Old and tired
The motel was old, tired and in need of maintenance. I guess the room was clean but permanently stained countertops and flooring and paint peeling from the walls made it hard to tell. The Middle East couple running it had some trouble with the English language but we were more or less able to communicate. I'm accustomed to traveling in remote areas of the world so probably wasn't as turned off by the run down condition as most. It was an inexpensive roof over my head, though next time I will probably look elsewhere.
