The room is very comfortable . Having dining facilities on site that allowed a mini reunion of family to be accommodated in quiet are was appreciated.

Good location. Very comfortable. Staff professional, kind and helpful. Very good restaurant onsite. Pool was very nice as well.

Place was nice and quant a bit outdated but clean n free of any kuddies. Staff were nice n provided information and felt welcoming.

The chair was ripped up in our room, we had no blankets in the room, there were clothes left from a previous guest in the dresser drawer and empty cigarette cases and pill bottles in the bedside table. After we informed the staff, a cleaning person assured me they would come up and remove the clothes, but they did not. The woman at the front desk during the day was the only bright spot at this hotel and apologized, but was not able able to get anything remedied. She was wonderful and friendly. The evening desk person finally brought 2 blankets after complaining that she had to go to the 1st floor and bring them to the third floor. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL! We were extremely disappointed!!!

I booked a room in advance. When i arrived, my service from the front desk was not all that great. She was not very specific as to what type of ID she needed for check in and raised her voice a little. I am not deaf, I just needed to know what she wanted. Then she forgot to do the paperwork, so I had to walk back to the desk to fill the paper out. (ie/vehicle description). When I arrived for check in, the room that was assigned to me was not prepared/cleaned. So I waited till another room was assigned to me. I was than assigned a room on the top floor. There is no elevators. The layout of the building was confusing…the floors/stairs were like a maze. To top my stay off…the fire alarm went off on Sunday August 13, 2023 at 1am. The alarm was fairly loud in the hallway but I could hardly hear the alarm from inside my room. The alarm was activated from the attached bar area. When we all had to go outside to wait for the fire department to clear the building..there was no respect from the bar attendees as they kept yelling and screaming while in the parking lot. Overall, I did not appreciate my stay and I most likely will not return to this place to stay.

The Victoria Inn was very clean and comfortable. I felt safe on the property. The pool and hot tub after a long day of driving was excellent.

Room had a distinct smoke smell, check in staff were not super friendly and found cobwebs around outlet plugs when going to plug in phone. The bathroom was tiny, a larger person would have trouble closing the door to do their business.

The staff was so helpful and super friendly. The restaurant was closed and so the front desk lady suggested we go try mikes ice and burger place just down the road!! Food was great!

We’ve stayed at this property multiple times before hopping a plane at Wings. Always friendly staff and the restaurant Kelsey’s can be relied on for a good meal or two.
