Pets allowed Private, 2 bedroom/1 bath home in the beautiful valley community of Fairview with mountain views. This spacious abode offers light-filled spaces and modern conveniences, yet still manages to feel cozy. There\`s a large yard with a covered patio and fire pit under the pines. Nights are quiet here with low light pollution allowing one to star gaze country-style. Fairview shops and restaurants are nearby, and Asheville/Biltmore Estate a picturesque 25 min drive. Come enjoy quiet nights in the valley approximately 10 miles to Asheville airport and 15 to downtown Asheville. Perfect landing pad for all that Asheville and the surrounding area has to offer or even trying to pick out your Blue Ridge Mountain dream home. Need to get away while you work or school from home? This home is perfect! We are within an easy 15 to 20 minute drive to most points of interest in Asheville: Biltmore Estate, River Arts District with 200 artists in 22 buildings, Blue Ridge Parkway, breweries, food and music. This 2 bedroom 1 bathroom home has a spacious feel and great back yard. The Asheville area is home to hundreds of local restaurants and Breweries. Spend your day exploring and come back to relax inside or outside. Play cornhole in the backyard or build a fire in the firepit with seating. You are also in close proximity to Lake Lure & Chimney Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway, the WNC Ag center, the Biltmore House& activities such as hiking, biking, whitewater rafting, ziplining and more! Brevard is a short drive away and is known as the land of waterfalls. There is plenty of parking onsite. Uber is very accessible if desired. Please note that if your stay is more than 15 days the cleaning fee will be increased. This property is off of a busy road but sits back a good ways and is next to a wooded area. You will see bugs and spiders too despite routine pest control. The laundry is in an unfinished basement so if you plan to use it you can expect to see them there as well. Typically they are kept under control and generally harmless but at certain times of the year you will see more activity than others.
