The property features all new furnishings and luxury bedding keeping your stay cozy and fresh. Open concept living with lots of seating allows for a great group gathering space. Need a little 'you' time away from the group? That's okay, too - head down to the basement living room and curl up on the day bed and watch your favorite shows, read, or just take a nap.  
  
A modern and fully equipped kitchen is ready to host your inner chef with stainless steel appliances and a gas range. The elegant dining table seats six with room for an additional three at the adjacent island.  
  
Adventure awaits in these beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains offering hiking/biking trails galore and endless breweries including Sierra Nevada less than four miles away from the home! A short 20 minutes to downtown Asheville takes you to tasty eateries & bars to fit everyone's mood, a chic art scene, and quaint local shops. This is an idyllic property set in a vibrant and picturesque location sure to give an experience you will never forget.  
  
Things to Know  
The fireplace is not for guest use. No large trucks or work vehicles are allowed at this property. No parties or unapproved events are permitted. Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. This property is managed by Vacasa North Carolina LLC. All Vacasa properties comes with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.  
  
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.  
  
Security camera details: There is a video doorbell and cameras looking over the driveway.

The house and location fit our needs well. The king bed was not comfortable and needs the addition of a lightweight blanket. Kitchen and baths are lovely and the kitchen is well-stocked. Would stay here again if in the area.

#### Accurate Listing

The Briar house listing was very accurate! This is a great home fully renovated with higher end details. The kitchen was fully stocked with every gadget and cooking tool you might need. Everything was very clean and neat. The location made it easy to get to Asheville and Hendersonville. We were very pleased!
