This 50sqm, 1 bedroom wooden cabin is located in picturesque surroundings – situated on a lakeside property that has lived through generations of Swedish families, while retaining its original charm. Enjoy life without distractions in the Nordic countryside, with swimming, farmland and endless greenery around you.

Our favourite features are the proximity to water, the cosy wooden, charming decor and the cabin’s century old oven/stove, which also acts as a fireplace on colder evenings.

This cabin is fit for 2 people and features one bedroom, a bathroom and a large living room with dining table, couch, chairs and fireplace/oven.

Simple, cosy and in a very quiet and peaceful setting, not too far by car from Stockholm and other places in Flen. The cabin is basically equipped with everything for a short stay.

With a lush green view from every window and plenty of natural light, this is the ideal base for a countryside break away from a busy lifestyle. With minimal distractions, your group will have a relaxing trip in Flen by the lake.

There is plenty of space around the cottage for water or land activities. Remember to bring equipment for football, badminton, kubb, or perhaps just an exciting book to read in the sun.

If you enjoy spending time outdoors, there is much to explore in the local area, either by foot, bicycle or car. Some farms offer horse riding and there are also plenty of companies which specialise in renting out canoes for exploring the local lakes. You can walk in the forest, enjoy the nature, find delicious mushrooms and berries (do your research though before touching them or eating them!) You may even be lucky enough to see foxes, deer, or even a giant elk! Hunting is also very popular in Flen.

The area offers peace and tranquility - just around the corner from civilization. The nearest convenience store is in Flen, 5-10 minutes by car. Stockholm city is 90 minutes away from the property.
