We first had a problem because the address on the VRBO site was a different address than the one the host gave us via chat. So,we initially went to the wrong place and tried to get in and couldn’t. We finally figured out that the address given to us by the host in the chat was right and then we were able to get in. The host gave us a keypad code, but the keypad didn’t work. So,fortunately, the host had a spare key and told us about it before we got there and where it was. Once we got into the unit, it was freezing and we could not figure out how to turn the heat on. The water heater was off, so the water was cold as well. After a lot of stress and a lot of tinkering, we were able to figure out how to turn it on to get some heat in the house, which ultimately led to the house being too hot, so we had to open some windows because there was no way to regulate the heat; at least not a way that we knew about. With the heat coming on, the water heater also turned on and we were able to get hot water. And there was no way to get on Wi-Fi because even though the Wi-Fi was there and the network was there, we didn’t have the password. When we found out about the heat, the water and the Wi-Fi, we reached out to the host via chat and phone call but received no response until after we already figured out the heating situation and we were asleep. We understand that the host was working and that is why the host couldn’t respond ##### Logan B. This lodge is beautiful, very clean, excellent location with easy connections into Blackpool, Cleveleys and Fleetwood. It was our second stay and can not wait to go again.
