Great Guesthouse
I received a very warm welcome on arrival and an upgrade to a double room which was very spacious, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Perfect for a relaxing evening and good night’s sleep before a big sporting event. Nice and quiet too. I didn’t have breakfast but the food in the nearby Wyvern pub was amazing.

Just book it, you will not be disappointed!
The best B&B guest house I have ever stayed at with the perfect hosts. Good location with off road parking, lovely well presented room with a fabulous garden view and a breakfast to die for. A definite 10 out of 10. Geoff.

Lovely guesthouse
Just stayed for one night recently while attending a friends party. Didnt spend a lot of time in the guesthouse, but it was very nice, and will stay there again. Hosts were very nice also.

Fab room and excellent value
We only stayed one night whilst visiting the area for a family party. The host was super friendly, we had a lovely comfortable room and everything was immaculate. Would definitely recommend. We only gave the eco friendly category an ok rating because we weren't sure, it could be really eco friendly.

The place is clean, homely and cosy. Host is friendly and we love the breakfast. It is not easy to get to in the dark but that's the trade-off for a quiet and homely place. It is convenient to Farnborough where we shopped most of what we needed for daughter to settle down in London from overseas. Lovely place that we would put on our list if we visit again.

Exceptional.
Nigel’s welcome was friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and thoughtfully arranged. Generous courtesy tray, bottled water, crisp white bed linen, d good bed, decent pillows, - sensibly priced B&B. Perfect for us. Even well-stocked bookcase. Couple of minutes walk to reasonable pub for dinner - left at 6.00am so sorry we couldn’t stay for breakfast. May thanks!

Fantastic guest house, highly recommended
Fantastic guest house in a very convenient location. The room was immaculate, furnished with plenty of high quality cupboards, a desk and a wardrobe giving lots of space for luggage and a convenient place to use a laptop, charge phones etc. The WiFi is lightning fast, I was getting 100MB/s consistently. The bed didn't disappoint, it was very comfortable indeed and had high quality bedding with very comfortable pillows. The bathroom was spacious, again fitted out to a very high quality and, as was the room, spotlessly clean. The location is good, close to local "metro" sized Co-op and Sainsbury stores that I believe are open from early morning to late evening. It is also 100 metres from a great family friendly community pub and has bus stops for the main Fleet - Aldershot service pretty much right outside. I cannot comment on the owners knowledge of the area too much as I didn't need to use it having stayed in the Fleet / Hook areas for about 15 months prior to checking in here. Having chatted with Nigel just about every morning for the 6-8 weeks I stayed here though I can vouch that he is very friendly and knew everything I did about the areas I mentioned. I really cannot recommend it highly enough, prior to staying here I'd stayed at Premier Inn,The Lismoyne, The Elvetham, Highfield Park (Heckfield) and Warbrook House (Eversley), this topped them all.

A great place to stay!
Great!! All the good things people say about this place are true. The host is so kind and helpful and he makes great cooked breakfasts. There is a bus stop 100 meters from the Guesthouse where the number 10 bus comes and will take you to the High street in Fleet or to the rail station. The wifi works well and I had a lovely garden view.

I had an excellent stay here. Everything was exactly as described. The location was excellent; a nice quiet neighborhood with a beautiful backyard, and an excellent pub down the street. Nigel, the host, was helpful, friendly and accommodating. He also makes a very delicious breakfast! I would definitely recommend a stay here to anyone in the location.

The owner was very accommodating when we arrived early. He managed to change bedrooms from a double to twin room for me and my son. And when we returned later the room was immaculately prepared. We had a very comfortable evening dining out in Fleet and good breakfast at the b&b the next day.

Friendly welcoming family guest house
Stayed here as I had a business conference, Nigel was welcoming and friendly, I have many allergies and he made sure that none of my food was contaminated, He even went out and bought a loaf of bread for me.

Highly Recommended. Top Class.
Had a great stay, very welcoming host, room was top class, spotless and well equipped. Ample parking was available, as was WiFi in the room.. Breakfast was lovely and no problem that I required quite an early breakfast and departure. There's a pub literally down the road serving nice beers and comprehensive menu. I would definitely stay at Dawyk Beech again if visiting the area.

Good sized single room, very neat and tidy, bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. Really good cooked breakfast made specially for you, whatever you wanted. Nigel the host is very friendly and chatty. I have stayed quite a few times and that says it all really. I would definitely recommend Dawyk Beech

Quiet and residential
Located in a quiet residential area in Church Crookham with ample parking it was easy to find as its on the main road. The owners were very pleasant and easy to talk to. The room was spacious with a very well equipped on-suite. WIFI was very fast 75MB download speed, better than most hotel chains I've stayed at. Breakfast was really good with everything cooked fresh, no overcooking at all. Excellent.
