### La Lumineuse - Contemporary villa

Discover this magnificent contemporary villa in Flayosc, nestled on a vast plot of 2300m². With its 280m², it offers a luxurious space where comfort and modernity blend seamlessly.  
  
This residence features a bright living room as well as a spacious dining area, a fully equipped kitchen to meet all your culinary needs. For your comfort, it boasts three bedrooms, including a master suite with two beds measuring 160x200 and one bed measuring 180x200, as well as three toilets and two bathrooms.  
  
For added privacy and flexibility, an independent studio is also available, equipped with a sofa bed measuring 140x200, a kitchen, a toilet, and a shower room.  
  
Fully enjoy the sun and relaxation on the terrace or in the pool, complete with an outdoor shower for your convenience. Parking spaces are also available to facilitate access to the property for you and your guests.  
  
Furthermore, the owners reside on the same estate, in a completely independent house, accompanied by their adorable young Australian Shepherd.  
  
Flayosc is a charming Provencal village at the foot of the Massif des Maures. Here you'll find all the shops and services you need for your stay, as well as numerous restaurants and bars.  
  
The region also offers a wide range of leisure activities, including hiking, biking, climbing, swimming and canoeing. You can also visit picturesque villages such as Lorgues, Draguignan and Fayence.
