"The building actually contains at least eight or nine rooms, sharing a kitchen, washroom, etc. And it doesn't mention that most of those are students, creating some awkward interactions. Not the most comfortable situation. The room was fine, had some supplies since the students seem to empty things like toilet paper without replacing them. Overall, the price was too much especially after fees for what you get. Should have stayed at a hotel."

"The property was exactly what we expected from the listing; modernized farmhouse, fresh airy breeze from the sea, comfortable outdoor seating and a large quiet ocean beach for the kids to play at. We were in town for the Canada Games and the location of the house couldn’t have been better: steps from the centre of downtown, an easy trip to venues across the Island.
