"Checking in was easy. Bring ur license plate number with u Room was ok. When leaving saw roach in bathroom by sink so that changed all opinions from there."

"We booked a non-smoking jacuzzi room, but the first room smelled strongly of musty old smoke the second we opened the door. We had to leave immediately. Since it was late, nearby hotels had no availability, so we had no choice but to switch rooms. The replacement room was a downgrade, and the hotel offered no apology, discount, or compensation. The second room was only okay because it did not smell like smoke. The mattress was uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain, and the AC was so loud it sounded like construction was happening in the room. We could not sleep and checked out around 8 AM. The shower did not work properly, the view was a pile of about 20 old mattresses in the back, and the parking lot had a lot of loitering that made the property feel uncomfortable and unsafe. One woman was walking through the lobby with no shoes on. Breakfast was coffee and stale sliced bread, nothing else. Overall, terrible stay. I would not recommend this hotel."

"Breakfast was a little disappointing. Pictures reflected fresh fruit (like blueberries and strawberries with the yogurt) and there was no fresh fruit. There was canned oranges and other citrus fruits, but nothing like the pictures of what to expect. Very disappointed. There was bacon that was in little scrap pieces that was not worth it and while there was a toaster, it barely warmed my English muffin after running it through the toaster 5 times or more. The A/C in the room was not efficient or effective. It was really cold when it was on, but then it would stop and I would wake up sweating. It was not a good situation at all. Seems like something was not working properly. Other than check in, there was no real interaction with staff and hard to find anyone when the cold water was empty and there was no coffee at breakfast"

"This location is tucked in a commercial area but is close to restaurants and shopping. It’s on the opposite side of the Hilton and the two different buildings share the indoor and outdoor pools. Breakfast was what you would expect with some different choices each day. The rooms were clean and staff was pleasant and helpful."

"They dont have any trolleys to get your luggage to the rooms. Some workers dont seem to speak English and communicate."

"Look, I booked the room because I wanted a cheap room for the night and I'm a guy who doesn't care that much about where I stay -- just need a place to sleep. I would NEVER take my family here. It's very beat up, the door on the sliding glass to the balcony didn't fully close or lock, the bed was pretty lumpy and not particularly comfortable, but the fridge/freezer worked, there was hot water in the shower, there were no critters in the room, it was clean for what it was. The WIFI did NOT work (or the bandwidth was exceeded and I couldn't use it). The air conditioning was fine -- comfortable. But just understand that the main thing here is a cheap place for the night."
