It's an older house with appliances/furniture showing wear and tear that you would expect from a well-used rental. However, everything was clean and functional for its intended use. The house was mostly clean and the location was good. My main complaint would be the kitchen. The sink is heavily stained and was dirty around the edges. The pots and pans are in terrible condition with burned food stuck on. The shower in the master bath was also very small, has no light in it, and the shower head only came up to my chest - you’re better off using the shared bathroom. These minor issues weren’t a dealbreaker, but I’m calling these out as the owners could turn this from a mediocre property to a much better one. ##### Brian B. The home is older so the bathrooms are very small. The yard is not maintained and the grass is not mowed so be aware of that if you plan to spend time in the back yard area. Property management company was quick to respond and attempted to get the yard under control for our graduation celebration but mower refused to start so it didn’t happen. This home was in a quiet neighborhood, centrally located to the areas that we were visiting. It was clean, well stocked with necessities and made our trip to the area successful! The property was as stated and perfect for 3 sisters, the beds were very comfy and the kitchen adequately supplied.
