This charming space, one of four in the complex, elegantly accentuates its architectural heritage by integrating contemporary features, such as a bespoke shower and an updated mini-kitchen. Our historic home has many great modern features but it is over 100 years old. There is a great central radiant heat system for heating the home in the winter along with extra portable space heaters. In the hotter summer months, we can supply window or portable air conditioning systems plus fans to keep you comfortable. While each apartment is completely private, there is the potential to hear noise from your neighbors. This is a second floor unit so stairs are required Upon booking, expect a message with a link to our rental agreement. Our cancellation policy states that a 100% refund will be given up to 30 days before arrival, and 50% refund up to 14 days before arrival. Parking is on-site and it is a great place to leave your car while you walk the few blocks to downtown. The neighborhood is quiet and pretty to walk through. As for the apartment, it was very comfortable and updated without losing any charm. Radiator heat provides warm heat, and if you want a little breeze, you can prop open the windows. The bed was comfortable and the provided towels were nice. The host provides shampoo and body wash in the walk-in shower. We had to reach the host once with a question, and he responded within minutes. Seriously, there was nothing not to like. We would definitely return. We used the apartment as our base to visit the national monuments and Lowell Observatory and it was perfect. ##### Dean G. I loved not having keys and using door codes. It made check-in super easy the evening of our arrival. The apartment was cute, clean, and equipped with everything we needed. It was quiet and the thermostat was just right (keeping us warm). Great location too. Highly recommended! ##### Andrea D. I parked my car and walked around the entire weekend. Neighborhood is dark and quiet. The apartment was so cozy and I would stay again. At 80 years old, we had a tough time with luggage and maneuvering up and down steep stairs. I never got a code to get in. Had to make several calls just to gain access upon arrival. ##### Lorne W. Check-in was easy and the location was amazing…about 3 blocks from historic downtown! It was also centrally located to Grand Canyon, Page and Winslow! We saw so many sites around Flagstaff!! Communication with property manager was fantastic too! We noticed only one towel in the bathroom at check-in but was able to text them about it. A crew member was there in 5 minutes with towels!
