The home features a spacious, comfortable layout, with the master bedroom and bathroom located at the back of the house, separate from the main living area and spare bedroom. Please note: the spare bedroom shares the master bathroom, which is accessed through the master bedroom. The home includes full garage access, a large living space, a fully stocked kitchen, a full laundry room with washer and dryer, central air conditioning, and a fenced backyard. It offers all the space and amenities of renting a full house while remaining cozy and well suited for smaller groups. The home is meticulously cleaned and thoughtfully maintained, with an emphasis on comfort and quality. The Space This listing is for the main house, which shares a wall with an attached guesthouse. Both spaces are private and have separate entrances. The driveway and front walkway are shared up to the front door, and you may occasionally see other guests coming or going. Guests of the main house have exclusive use of the main home, the garage, and all outdoor areas to the left of the back porch and around the left side of the house. Areas to the right of the back porch and around the right side of the house, including the guesthouse patio and yard, are reserved for guesthouse guests. Location Situated in a quiet residential neighborhood with paved walking trails throughout, nearby access to national forest, and a park just down the street. The home is conveniently located just minutes from the airport, downtown Flagstaff, and the switchbacks to Sedona — making it an ideal base for exploring the area. Important Things to Know Please review carefully to ensure this home is a good fit for your group: \- There is one ensuite bathroom, accessed through the master bedroom \- The attached guesthouse shares a living room wall; while both spaces are private, some sound transfer is possible \- Fires and fire pits are not permitted anywhere on the property \- No smoking (including marijuana) anywhere on the property \- No parties, events, drugs, loud noise, undisclosed guests, or pets \- Gas fireplace is available during winter months only \- One outdoor security camera monitors the front walkway and will be on during your stay We are not on site but are always just a message or phone call away if you need anything. There is a full size laundry room at your disposal and you can park your car in the garage. Also, the appliances are new. This was our second visit to this property and we loved it. It is comfortable, spacious, and beautiful. Though it is nicely appointed with the things you might need, this home isn't full of someone else's things, so there is ample storage space to put your things while staying there: kitchen cabinets and drawers, a walk-in closet in the main bedroom, a large cabinet in the one large bathroom, and a garage to park your vehicle. It has a full laundry room with washer/dryer, detergent, ironing board and iron. The living room is comfortable and welcoming. The host has thought of everything, and the listing is accurate and forthcoming with honest information. It is located in a quiet residential neighborhood a short distance from downtown and has a nice deck in the back yard from which to enjoy the cool air and the quiet. I stayed in Flag to snowboard at Snowbowl and it was such an amazing experience! This place is super new, minimalistic and cozy, exactly what I was hoping for after a long day on the slopes. The modern fire pit was a great touch, making it perfect for unwinding in the evenings. One of the best parts was how fast and easy communication was with the manager. That made the whole stay even more enjoyable.
