The space is very clean and cozy, with plenty of room. The front patio has a great view of the surrounding trees and it was a nice place to watch the sunset. The host was friendly and super responsive. The location is perfect, close to all of the downtown restaurants and stores. Check in was easy and the loft was stocked with everything we needed. The fans in each room worked well to circulate fresh air from the windows and the AC units kept it cool. Plus there was plenty of parking onsite. We would definitely stay again. However, while we wanted to be close to Downtown Flagstaff, the street noise on Humphrey's was too much, especially from the front bedroom that overlooks the street. It was an unusually hot weekend in Flagstaff and while there is A/C, it struggles to cool comfortably. We wanted to open the windows at night, but there were no screens on the windows in the bedrooms, so that was not an option. Further, the traffic noise would have been worse. For most of the year, this would not be an issue. Still, overall it was a good stay. ##### Ted F.
