Welcome to our cozy and convenient mini apartment, just blocks from the downtown area with its array of shops and restaurants. You'll have the added convenience of parking outside your private entrance. Inside, you'll find a coffee and tea bar, a microwave, and a mini fridge.
This space serves as an ideal hub for your stay to explore Northern Arizona. You'll have easy access to an array of fantastic local attractions such as the Grand Canyon, Sedona, Williams, Sunset Crater, Wupatki, and more.

Welcome to our newly reopened space, it is part of spacious 2-house, 7-unit compound and designed to provide a delightful experience for short-term rental guests.
Nestled on the lower level of our home, this cozy retreat boasts a private entrance and convenient parking just outside. Step inside to discover a blend of charming original features and modern enhancements.

The space is adorned with high ceilings, beautifully restored wood floors, and an inviting open closet. A snug single bed accommodates a single guest comfortably. We've seamlessly integrated modern conveniences, offering high-speed WiFi to keep you connected, along with new fixtures and a refreshed shower for your comfort. The exterior is adorned with solar lighting to create a welcoming ambiance.

Entertainment is at your fingertips with a Smart TV featuring YouTubeTV and other apps. Sink into the coziness of new bedding after a day of exploration. For your caffeine fix, we've set up a simple yet complete coffee and tea bar. Choose from a drip machine, electric tea kettle, or pour-over setup. On sunny days, step out onto the porch just beyond the entrance, offering bistro seating for two. We're excited to welcome you to our historic home, where classic charm meets modern comfort. Your short-term stay promises relaxation, connectivity, and an array of amenities for a truly enjoyable visit.

There are two additional short-term rentals in this home with their own entrances. We do have quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am, thanks for adhering to this.

Lowell Observatory can be seen from the window and is just up the street, as well as frisbee golf and Thorpe Park.

The hideaway is on the lower level of the home, with parking located just outside the door. There is a large backyard that is a shared space for our guests from both historic homes to use, which has a grill, outdoor games and seating areas.

We are around if needed.

Our house is in the historic neighborhood district in the heart of Flagstaff, just a couple blocks from downtown shops, restaurants and bars. Lowell Observatory and Thorpe Park are just right up the street, as well as urban trail access and public frisbee golf. City buses, with winter weekend and holiday routes to Snowbowl are also convenient.

The space is snug and cozy, ideal for a solo traveler. If you have two or more people in your party we recommend one of our other renovated apartments that can accommodate you more comfortably.
There are two other short-term rentals connected to this space. One is upstairs and the other is on the same level next door.
We are allowing for properly behaved dogs to stay, no cats.

Disliked: Cleanliness
NAU Graduation
Photos did not accurately reflect the room, open closet/locked door adjacent to other guests, brick indent where trash can placed in front to disguise? The bathroom was clean and true to photos. However the bedding was perhaps washed but due to dust, lack of proper ventilation I don’t know, was tacky to touch and when I looked at windowsill, floors, obvious poor maintenance cleaning. I bought all new bedding at Target. The room served its purpose and allowed for my dog, but I would have paid more had I known it would not be clean. I actually tried to find another place to stay after viewing in person. Due to graduation there was nothing in town that allowed for a small dog. It was convenient that is all.
