The spacious kitchen was amazing for cooking and visiting with the whole family. Two very comfortable living rooms, and all the bedrooms were large, and able to accommodate everyone comfortably. The house fit our needs well. The neighborhood was very quiet. We saw deer walking around the property. The beds were comfortable. It's located close enough to shopping and dining to be convenient but not so close that there is traffic or noise. Our family of five was very comfortable and everyone had room to spread out. We were lucky and enjoyed some cool weather in June during part of our stay. The first couple of days were warm outside but the house has AC throughout. A lot of VRBOs will advertise that they have AC when it's only a room or part of the house. It's been hit or miss during our last few visits to Flagstaff. Fortunately, this house was cool and comfortable on both the upper and lower floors and in all rooms! We enjoyed some time on the back patio and grilled up dinner on one of the nights.
