Please note Club facilities use is only available to guests who pay a use transfer fee. Transfer fee amount is one time $150 plus one time $35 per person for card printing. We were in Flagstaff celebrating our daughter's 21st birthday. It was SUPER clean, cozy, and well equipped. The location was beautiful and my husband and I took walks on the golf course. The loft stairs are super narrow so anyone a little bit older or heavier might have trouble navigating them. There were 7 of us staying in the house and we ran out of hot water pretty quickly despite breaking up our showeres. It wasn't a big deal - we just waited a little bit longer in between.
