This is a new cabin/ cottage on 1/2 acre. Lots of trees, fire pit, Classic video game with over 80 games. Great for small families. Beds for 6 if needed but perfect for a small family. 3 miles from downtown, 3 miles from Snowbowl. Small pets are allowed for a fee. This is in a very private area surrounded by million dollar homes. Must be 25 or older to rent.There is a separate entrance for 1st floor and second floor.like having to separate apartments First floor up the stairs has a queen bed in master and pullout queen couch in living room. Second floor which you enter thru garage has a queen over full adult bunk bed large studio set up. So if you have young children you might not be comfortable with them sleeping by themselves down stairs.We do charge based on amount of people staying so please enter correct amount of children and adults so we dont have a problem when checking in. Easy access to hiking, Snowbowl and everything in Flagstaff. The check in process was seamless and very easy. The cottage is 2 stories and I found it a bit odd that there was no indoor stairway between. We had to walk outside to go up or down stairs. Also, the beds were horribly uncomfortable. There are three beds (a bunk bed and a double/queen bed) and we slept on all 3 trying to get a good night's sleep. I love that the property allows dogs. Saw the pics of the bunk beds in separate room and thought that would be great for our young kids. Didn't realize that was on a separate floor with no way to get there from the inside. Maybe I misread the listing (but don't think I did). But it felt too awkward to have my young kids sleep downstairs in a different space, where the only way to get could get to us was to go outside, go up some stairs, enter through a keypad locked door (I am glad the doors have keypad locks, just hard for kids to use them in an emergency if needed). Hopefully that makes sense. When we first opened the door, the upstairs floor smelled like some sort of animal pee (dog I'm guessing) and some of the carpet was pretty muddy. We quickly opened all the windows, which helped with the aroma. Im sure that's not the norm, but probably from the previous visitors. On a positive note, we were having trouble with the washer/Dryer, and the owner was quick to respond and help us. Our dog loved the back yard, and was super convenient for that. ##### Landon H. Home smelled of animal urine so bad we could not stay the second night and left early. Even the "clean" linens in the closet smelled of urine.
