Most past guests didn't mind the noise, but light sleepers may want to bring earplugs. SUPPLIES PROVIDED Freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all guests. Essentials included to start you up: paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and hand soap. While there may be condiments or coffee available, we cannot guarantee specific items. PET POLICY Pets are considered; however, we ask that you keep "4 on the floor," as we say in our house. We absolutely loved this house! It is new, clean, very well equipped, and very close to NAU and central Flagstaff. There are also great hiking trails within 100 yards (maybe less!). The home is gorgeous and in pristine condition. We enjoyed the hot tub under the trees beneath the stars. We also had a great time exploring the trails behind the neighborhood. The kids loved watching the trains go by (especially our 2 year old who is obsessed with trains). The kitchen is great, although we mainly ordered food delivery. It was new, cozy, warm, well stocked, close to town and shopping. The jacuzzi was great, however, after it was serviced, it broke down. The pictures online are very accurate. We were able to use the hot tub but nothing else outdoors, as there was about 6 inches of snow on the ground. We came up to play in the snow at the Flagstaff snow park and to go skiing at Arizona Snowbowl. The house is in a great location and we were just a short drive from anything we needed. The hot tub was a great perk after a day in the snow! The house actually has 4 bedrooms (not 3 as advertised) and it came pretty well stocked. Would recommend to bring your own spices and butter/oil if you plan on cooking. Also the house is an open concept and you may hear everything going on even if you are in a bedroom w the door closed. We bring an air purifier when we travel and it is great for drowning out noise. Highly recommend this place; we will be back for sure! ##### Scott B. The park backs up to the greenbelt and the train tracks are nearby. We had four teenaged boys with us and they loved how close the train was to the house. The house had everything we needed, kitchen supplies, towels, etc. There were six of us and we all slept comfortably. The best feature was the hot tub and fire pit in the backyard. We were worried that the train noise would be loud at night, but it wasn't an issue. We enjoyed having it so close. The house is located \~2 miles from NAU, with shopping and restaurants nearby. We loved the layout, the finishes and the fact that it was just built in 2020\. This home offers 3 bedrooms plus a den, 2 baths, a well-appointed kitchen, casual dining area and comfortable great room with handsome gas fireplace. The beds were very comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. Big laundry room, TVs in all bedrooms and great room, 2-car garage, and nicely decked-out back yard complete with spa and fire ring make this home just about perfect. The only reason we didn't give it 5 stars in every category was because of the train noise. The active tracks are nearby and you can hear them throughout the day and night. A slight nuisance, but not enough to keep us from going back again as the home is awesome. Matthew, our property/reservation manager, was a great communicator and very helpful.
