Flagstaff Historic Southside District Location. 15 minute drive to Snow Bowl for excellent hiking and mountain biking. Walking distance to Breweries , Restaurants, Coffee, plus free onsite parking. Security gate provides a safe and secure location. The very best location in historic downtown Flagstaff. Our largest guest suite at 575 square ft. Open floor plan with TWO separate rooms. Can sleep up to six people. The suite offers a King Serta Mattress and Queen foam bed, plus sofa sleeper (queen size). Lots of natural night and windows. Blue pine hardwood floors. Amenities include 4K flat screen TV with Roku, Coffee maker, Microwave, Hair Dryer and complimentary water. Private parking allows guests to walk to downtown shops, dining, hiking, NAU and a short drive to Snow Bowl. Parking is limited to one car per unit. Pets permitted by pre-approval from owners, cost is a one time fee of $35 per Dog (2 max) Sorry no cats. I drive a pretty large truck and it fit just fine in the parking lot available for guests. The space was well cleaned and decorated wonderfully. The beds were very comfortable with nice linens. The ac worked well and the nice little heater in the bathroom worked great for after showers to not be cold. My wife and son both loved staying here and hope to return in the future. I’ve read some reviews about the shelter next door but in our three days there never saw any homeless or sketchy people around. It was nice and quite the entire time. We couldn’t find a clothes iron so we purchased one for the unit. Thank you again for letting us stay. It was a perfect getaway. ##### Joe B.
