Welcome! We have 3 completely charming and cozy Cottage Chalets at our famous BellaVue Estate, newly remodeled and sparkling clean! This listing is for Cottage #3\. HOW DID OUR CUTE LITTLE COTTAGES COME TO BE? The property owner and his little girl had been working on plans for her dream “play house”. One day he had an idea. “Let’s make it bigger!” These cottages are exact replicas of their original play house design…. just life-size! We can’t wait for you to come stay..... and play!! Cottage Chalet #3 is our Deluxe Cottage package, featuring a private deck and BBQ overlooking our Courtyard, plus larger Queen-size sofa bed. \*In addition to the three Cottages, our Estate also has a 4-story Mansion and a 1BR Studio Suite for rent. That's 5 rentals total and they can be rented separately or as a group, whatever you need! The grounds here are incredibly serene and beautiful, with amazing mountain views, outdoor seating areas, as well as grassy play areas, cascading rock waterfall and our Sedona Red Rock fire pit. We have free parking on site and we're convenient to everything in town. (Fire pit used by reservation for a fee\*) Please ask for details The Estate is also adjacent to Foxglenn Park with multiple picnic areas, playground equipment, huge grassy fields, skate park, and access to walking, hiking and biking trails. ABOUT OUR COTTAGE CHALET: Our Cottage can accommodate up to 4 guests in beds. The loft bedroom has a Queen Memory-foam bed, wrapped in the coziest UGG bedding and professionally laundered Premiere Linens, just begging for a long, lazy morning. JUST ADDED for kids of all ages... a small sleeping nook, "Harry Potter" room, with Twin memory-foam mattress only, and sliding barn door for privacy. Access to this fun, unique little space requires a 3ft. climb up galvanized steel piping, attached directly to the wall. Come give this cozy little hideaway a try! \*\*As mentioned earlier, we provide a Queen-size sleeper sofa in the main living space as well. Follow us and check us out on IG: bellavue\_flagstaff WHAT DO OUR GUESTS SAY? This is a recent review from a guest who stayed in Cottage #3... "I don’t think there’s enough space to recount all the amazing things about this cottage. It makes sense why it (the whole property) can also be used as a wedding venue. The scenery seemed like something out of a fairy tale, deer included! The leaves were changing, the weather was chilly and rainy, nature was abundant and thriving. The cottage was clean and tidy, it was so comfortable and cozy with the cutest decorations like little succulents and marble coasters. There was even a charming warmer that looked like a fireplace. All the amenities we needed were provided to us by the hosts. It can comfortably accommodate 4 adults if necessary. There is a small nook in the wall that would be the perfect hideaway to do homework or read or just be alone. We didn’t get to plan to use the fire pit but it would have been perfect for the cool weather. The hosts were readily available and as friendly and inviting as can be. There is a Walmart 5 driving minutes away, a convenience store, and even a park and skate park! The views look like something out of a Bob Ross painting - surreal! My only regret was having to leave this amazing place. This was the best I have ever stayed at and I plan to return as soon as possible!" – Jael, October 2021 We'd love to have you here!! It was the prettiest property situated next to a great park to take a stroll. Easy access to great restaurants too. The chalet itself was comfortable, cute, and clean! It's close to shopping, restaurants and numerous hiking spots in town, and Sedona. It's an adorable place and decor was beautifully done, and has everything you need in the kitchen to make a meal. We had a great time staying in Flagstaff, and this property was very central. It was extremely clean and everything was new and in great shape. It’s a small place, right fit for a family, but cute. The multiple windows allow the breeze and the light to fill the unit. The kitchen is very well stocked and has a decent sized refrigerator with freezer. The property owners/managers are kind and considerate and responsive too. I would highly recommend this place. This was our second stay and I know we will stay here again. ##### Leslie S. No, this isn’t a huge house but it’s for sure better than a hotel room for similar price! Incredibly clean. Incredibly quiet. Would for sure be interested in renting here again, possibly the carriage house! My only feedback is, during the summer having a few more fans would be nice. The kids sleeping nook has no airflow. We had a small battery operated fan that helped, but having a smaller plug in fan to put in there would have saved me from having to share a bed with my hot box 6 year old! ##### Kelly B.
