When you're ready to relax, Melrose of Flagler welcomes you with a bright and airy living space decorated in classic beach style. The open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area offers all the comforts of home, including air conditioning, a ceiling fan, and complimentary WiFi. Curl up with a book in the armchair, stretch out on the comfy sofa, or watch a movie on the HDTV.  
  
For those who love the ocean, this location is a dream. Spend your days surfing, paddleboarding, parasailing, fishing, or simply strolling the shore collecting shells and sea glass. The famous Flagler Beach Pier is just a short walk away, and you'll also find an array of dining options, unique shops, golf courses, and nearby attractions like Marineland and the Daytona International Speedway. Outdoor enthusiasts will love the biking trails, and with Orlando just an hour away and historic St. Augustine close by, there's always something new to explore.  
  
In the evenings, immerse yourself in the vibrant local scene—catch a free concert at the square on the first Friday of the month, browse the Saturday farmers market, indulge in a relaxing massage at Beach Bliss, or enjoy open mic rock and roll at Tortuga's on Wednesday nights.  
  
\- AGE RESTRICTIONS: The registering guest must be at least 25 years of age and will be held responsible for all parties and/or guests of this reservation. The individual making this reservation must be 25 years old, must be present at check-in, and must remain for the entire length of the reservation.   
  
\-No Smoking/Vaping Allowed. To ensure a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, smoking/vaping is strictly prohibited inside the unit and in all surrounding areas, including balconies and patios. If any evidence of smoking is found, a $500 fee will be assessed to cover the necessary cleaning and deodorization costs.  
  
\- To get you started, we provide an initial supply of essentials (toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry pods, dish pods, and trash bags) to get you through your first 24 hours. - We recommend you bring your own spices, condiments, sunscreen, coffee pods/ground coffee, coffee filters, bug spray etc. or make your trip to the store after checking in to get anything else you may need for your perfect vacation.  
  
\- We're excited to host you! Prior to your arrival, you will receive a digital Welcome Guide containing everything you need for a seamless stay. This guide will include all access codes, WIFI login and password details, and important information about the home. Additionally, the guide features area attractions, local recommendations, and amenities to help you make the most of your stay.  
  
\--This property is dog friendly. A non-refundable pet fee of $180+tax will be charged. Please note that additional fees may apply if we find any damage, excessive pet hair, stains, or waste (inside or outside) upon checkout.

Perfect location to restaurants, shops and the beach! It’s walking distance to it all. Pool was so great after a hot day at the beach. The condo was cozy and kid friendly! Highly recommend!
