The unit was very clean and had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were easy. Flagler Beach is the quintessential small town on the ocean; we love that it is not touristy. If there is one thing I would have to complain about, it would be the parking. There are no assigned spots for the units, so it's a first come, first serve parking lot. We found ourselves walking a little further than we liked a few times, coming and going from the unit. I'm sure the heat exacerbated the long walks. That being said, we wouldn't let the parking deter us from renting the unit again. ##### bart b. My sister and her family were able to stay on the Sam e property allowing us to spend quality time at the pool and beach. We had zero complaints about the unit itself, the pool, or the beach access. The owner Diane is great to work with and the condo has everything you would need for a great beach vacation.
